  • Venue sourcing - We will help you find the perfect venue for your event. This includes set up of venue meeting and up to 3 in person venue tours with you (As required - travel fees extra)

  • Up to 3 additional in-person planning meetings (up to 1.5 hours each). To be used at your discretion (Our in person time together to plan, to visit vendors on your behalf - whatever helps make the planning process easier for you)

  • Sourcing of up to 5 vendors that best reflect your style and budget (We will send you a list of potential vendors to choose from and then complete the booking process, all confirmations, and scheduling directly with the vendor)

  • Complete ceremony set up (may include aisle runner, simple back drop, aisle decor, welcome sign, seating chart, ect. Does not include structural items - lighting, pipe and drape, or tables and chairs)

  • Complete reception set up (includes all decor, linens, table settings, ect. Does not include structural items - lighting, pipe and drape, or tables and chairs)

  • Room change over - We will flip the room for you from ceremony to reception and set up required decor. Additional fees will apply for set up of tables and chairs (if necessary)

  • Decor taken down (Does not include structural items - lighting, pipe and drape, or tables and chairs. Please inquiry for pricing on these items.)

  • Coordination services on your wedding day for a maximum of 12 consecutive hours
